How to make some content visible by CSS?

I am using a plugin of The Events Calendar (https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/)

all works fine, but there is some content will invisible in mobile mode, please compare by check our sites

Thanks，can I put this CSS into quick CSS of theme option?

I am quite new to Kleo, is there any difference between put CSS in theme option and child theme CSS file?

Hello, its safer to use style.css because its a file that will be always stored and wont get replaced
