How to make visible guests and members

Hello guys, well I’m facing a HUGE PROBLEM. My website is using ArrowChat and I’m facing same problem that I had when having CometChat, my problem is:

Users are not able to see all members on chat, because:

1.- User A has set inside profile that his looking for female
2.- User B has set inside profile that his looking for male
3.- Both users, A and B are unable to see each other because none of them are “compatible”

I need to visualize ALL MEMBERS inside chat, I’m unable to do that.. so here’s my question

How can I make to stop discrimination users for their preferences?, My community is openmind and need to be viewed by everyone.

Hi,
What you are saying doesn’t apply. It doesn’t matter what they have set in their fields. Probably the plugins will let you chat only with friends or something. Ask the plugin developer or maybe you have some settings in the plugin
