How to Manage Cheaters?

I removed the public message button.
I have restricted private messages to women(free to join) and paid male members, but I realize that women can send messages which can include personal information the men can use to contact the women offline.

How can I set up the theme so that women can only reply to private messages initiated by paid male members ?

Normally the unsubscribed member cannot contact paid members. Please give me more details about your modification.

I don’t want women soliciting men on the site. I only want women to reply to messages sent by men first.
Women are subscribed members free of charge. Men must pay to join, view profiles and send private messages.

How should I do this?
