How to remove 'Forums'

I don’t want any ‘forums’ on my sweetdate site. I’ve searched everywhere including Buddypress but I can’t find out how to remove it or disable it. Obviously I don’t want ‘forums’ as an option in my profile headings either. Logically you would think it would be an option on the ‘Settings/Buddypress page with all the other options, this is how I removed activity but Forums is not there.
How do I do this please?

Ok got it. Forums isn’t run by Buddypress, it’s a BBpress plugin. Went there and deactivated it… all gone, brilliant! 🙂
