Hello, you can use Loco Translate, follow these steps 🙂
1- Install & Activate Loco Translate
2- Go to Loco Translate > Themes > Sweetdate ( or ) Loco Translate > Plugins > Buddypress
3- Select your current language
4- Click SYNC
5- Search, find and change word
6- SAVE
