How to remove the auto-hyperlinking?

How to remove the auto-hyperlinking, when adding info to a profile on buddypress? Every time you add a name or anything you filled out in the texts for the profile fields, it auto-hyperlinks it to a search for the entire site. It would be nice to be able to give users that control, but right now I just want it to not do it all together. Thanks.
