How to remove top small white bar (white space)

I am using a Revolution Slider on the top of my page but I can’t position it on the very top. There is still the small white bar, that is used for the Kleo Menu. I think it is the area where the small line appears when you select a menu item. I am using this code with padding top=0 but it is not working.
