How to switch off lazy load on members directory?

Hi, I am not so happy with the lazy load on my members directory. I always need to resize my browser window before the bottom members are getting displayed. I am not sure if it is really lazy load or just a loading setting of object that are in the view, but I would prefer to simply have my page being loaded completely.

Is this possible?
