How to translate specific string

I have one string that I cannot hit.
Under my account where I can see my membership level etc. there is an option to “change password” on a button, and I cannot translate this. Can you tell me how to do this?

Hello, have you tried using the plugin Loco Translator?
If yes, did you try to click the button SYNC at the language editor screen?
