Hi – I am trying to update the Kleo parent theme. I have added the Envato market personal token and the Kleo ID. The Child theme is active and the parent theme is NOT active. When I hit the parent theme update button, I get an error message that “download failed; a valid URL was not provided.”
What am I doing wrong? Does the parent theme need to be active in order to update it? If so, what is the order of steps I should take? Thanks very much!
