How user can make new tag

Hello,
I use Buddypress
And when i select a multiselector for taxonomy with the option user can add new tags.
On the front end user don’t get a field to add new tags.
Do you know how can i do that.

Sincerely i don’t know that plugin, check in the plugin documentation from where user can add tags, or ask the plugin developer about that feature
