Hi, When we click the Add Media Button on our site (Kleo Theme with BuddyPress), we get the following errors viewable on the attached movie.
All of our memory limits are correct (very high and beyond the requirements)
We\’ve added SetEnv MAGICK_THREAD_LIMIT 1….And this does nothing
Have also followed this link and nothing.
We have a dedicated VPS box – contacted our provider and everything is good on there end. They indicated that it is the theme most likely.
