January 23, 2015 at 13:58 #43179RaduModeratorHello,
a few tips for your problem:
– Try to divide into 3 or 4 the list of users and import them separately.
– Try to increase the memory by adding this line in wp-config.php from root directory.define (‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);

Your request implies more just importing them and you need to hire a specialist to optimize your loading time and configure hosting environment.

February 3, 2015 at 14:54 #44546RaduModeratorHi again,
Please understand that importing such a big user base, implies more than just adding a script or importing a file somewhere.
I repeat you need to contact/hire a programmer or a specialist on wordpress and buddypress.
Hope you understand

Thank you again for your reply.
I understand what are you saying.
The team that have responsibility to import the users, they are the programmer from Russia and they used to import users before. The programmer which responsibility to adjust the Wording “In Progress, Please wait”
They are working with PHP more than 15 years ago.Now i don’t have the issue, the site is run and working fine. I only need to communicate with users and make the users to convenience with the Wording “In Progress, Please wait”
But my programMer team. They’re not the programmer, who design & build Theme KLEO.
Then if you tell me, where we can edit the wording as “In Progress, Please wait” at above of “Search Members” box.My team, they can save the time to find out. This is the point.
Please tell me, Where we can do it?
Thank you again

February 6, 2015 at 17:19 #44968AbeKeymasterHi, for that text to appear you will need to tell your programmers to edit default BuddyPress Javascript functionality. Unfortunately it is not such a simple solution to provide here and your programers should know what to do.
Cheers

@ SeventhQueen we do our best to have super happy customers. Thanks for being our customer.February 6, 2015 at 21:13 #45010sermsakParticipantHello. Abe
My programmer they’re not expert in WordPress,Buddypress Etc or Theme Kleo.
They’re only can writing in PHP or something like that.
For save the time, Please suggest for WHERE they can find the file to edit this.Thank you
February 6, 2015 at 21:15 #45011AbeKeymasterHi, that is BuddyPress related as I already told you and not a quick solution as I already said. All buddypress resources are in the theme inside the Buddypress folder.
Please stick with theme issues/suggestions etc and not custom work since is not the purpose of this site.
Thanks
