I am having errors when I try to install your kleo theme.

Hello I have bought your kleo theme and had problems from the very begging at downloading the theme.

first on downloading my virus protection was blocking the download saying file contained malware. However I turned off my virus protection and was able to download the theme.

After downloading I try uploading the theme to wordpress and I am getting this error (Warning: POST Content-Length of 8918272 bytes exceeds the limit of 8388608 bytes inUnknown on line 0

Are you sure you want to do this?

Please try again.

What is that error and how can I get it fix. Please respond to me as soon as possible as I would really like to start working on my site.

I managed to fix the above question now I am having these errors.

Hi there, I am sure that the main package does not contain any viruses or malware so there should be nothing to worry about.

The “POST Content-Length” error should be something related to hosting and it is advised to contact them when you encounter errors.

I think your theme probably partially uploaded. Can you do the upload again please since from the errors it says that some files are missing. Try to do it over FTP and put the contents of kleo.zip file in wp-content/themes/kleo

Also your paths look a bit weird so try to check your install since there seem to be a lot of wordpress folders. try to make the wordpress install again if you still get errors.

I am able to install both child and parent themes but when i install the plugins, i get errors, so i started activating plugins one by one but gets some or other error

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 23040 bytes) in /home/qctuporg/public_html/wp/wp-admin/menu.php on line 274

I took this theme understanding to be a very good theme, i am facing probles in starting only, long way to go
