I can't create a new topics on buddypress

Hello

On the frontend non if the user can create new Topics on the buddypress. link https://www.zmysite.com/members/%5Bvariable%5Dusername%5B/variable%5D/forums
it says “Sorry, there were no forum topics found.”

on the buddypress component I have the Extended profile, account Settings and Group Forums (legacy) activated only.

on the Forum, I have recreated the BB-config.php file.

On the forum setting I have enabled group forums and group forum parent. I have created number of forum and topics. but I still can’t manage to make user to create topics on the link above.

That section will never show you a create topic form. It only displays a list of all of their forum activity (topics started, Replies created, Favorites and Subscriptions).

Forgot to add: In order to start a new topic, you have to be in the actual forum.

Therefore I have to provide them with a link somewhere.. to create a new topic, I want to use the forum for support the same way to what you have here

Put a link to your support forum in the main menu. Or you can put it in the sidebar. Many options.

The kleo team has a link in their menu… look up 🙂

Do you know What plugging I should use to have the same drop down with colour icons for every topics “This topic is: not resolved, resolved not a support questions” ?

I mean how do I add dropdown for the status of the topic whether it’s Not resolved, resolved.. ?
