    I’m getting a message that says: Download failed. Forbidden So I went to Theme Update and saved my API Key etc. Then back to Dashboard>Updates, checked the box and clicked Update Themes, then I get this error: An error occurred while updating Kleo: Could not create directory. I’m running this on a Windows server and the Themes directory permissions are pretty wide open. I’m having no other issues with other plugins nor the theme the first time I installed it.

    Hello, you can try uploading kleo folder in your ftp file manager and replace it for the old kleo folder (not child theme )

    ok, got it and replaced the old version. Do I have to do anything so the dashboard realizes I have the latest version?
    It’s still telling me I need to update.

    Hello, you need to delete the old kleo folder, as its appearing as 2 themes, i activated v3.0 so just delete the old one and the update notice will be fixed

    ok, I deleted it but now a bunch of my settings are gone it looks like. Any way to easily get them back? The menu bar and the buttons and various colors are all out of whack. The icon, the logo etc. are missing. My quick css stuff went missing too…lol Luckily I copy and saved that off to the side just in case. It looks like I’m going to have to change everything back.

    Hello, all your changes should be made to child theme, not main theme, also you can export quick css from import / export option.
    Best would be to switch to before deleting it, export your settings and then import them in the new

    I made my changes in the editor under Theme Options. Isn’t that where it’s supposed to be done?
    I got my quick css because I saved it in a text file before I updated.

    Ahh, it looks like you activated my main theme not the child theme, is that the problem?

    What is the Go Pricing plugin the theme says it recommends it but there’s not a link.

    OK, I switched to the child theme and now most everything is back to normal.
    Still wondering what Go Pricing plugin is though.
