I can't install KLEO

Hi there,

I got the theme and I have tried to install it, but I can’t every time takes a really long time and after a while apears this (is in spanish):

And when I try to install the kleo-child.zip, says that I need to install first the kleo.zip one

I already updated the version of WP and checked the PHP version as well and the are the last versions or at last what is required by the theme. Also something happened with htaccess file, beause in after few times triying to install it,I could open the website anymore I call my host company and they detected that something was wrong with htaccess file and the rename it and after that works again, they told me that I was trying to install a pluging or theme and that created the problem. Then I tried again to install KLEO and still not working.
The I posted but no body answer, I also looked, I can’t find any solution.
Can you help please? I can find any post about this.

The solution is to upload theme via FTP.
