I can’t install the theme on the WordPress side

Hey guys I can’t install your theme on the WordPress side because there is the add button to add the theme on their website. Can anyone help me with that?

Could you please clarify for me if there is or is not and upload button in Themes > Add New?

If there is not then that is a host level issue that you should discuss directly with the host. Is your host WordPress.com by chance?

If there is an upload button could you give me more information on what issue you’re facing please?
