I can’t receive support

Hi,

I have opened a support ticket on 12th April, and it has been almost a week and I got no support.

I have issues with front-end article creation, which is handled by a third party plugin: Social Articles.

It is extremely difficult to find “create/add article” with this plugin, you got to go to your profile, then click a button to show extras, then find articles, and then click “new article” if you can manage to go this far. so I need to create a shortcut button for logged in users to easily create articles.

So I need to create a shortcut button for logged in users to easily create articles.

Along me, there are several users trying to sort this problem out:

and no solution from the plugin author either.

As far as I see, plugin author does not give support anymore. You may want to consider this.
