Hello 7th queen, i found a bug on the Kleo theme…. when i try to edit pictures some contents blocks the editing tools. i checked your demo site and found the same bug too. below is an image from my website and the image from your demo site also. “modifying the pictures” shows several contents on the editing tools

You must be logged in to view attached files.July 7, 2016 at 01:48 #128338LauraModeratorPlease update the theme to latest version and the afferent plugins, you can check the plugin update status from wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins.
If this is useless please follow these steps to enable wp debug:
- Connect to your server by FTP
- Look in root directory of your WordPress install and open wp-config.php
- Search for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); and change FALSE value to TRUE
COPY CODEdefine( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
- After this line add this:
COPY CODEdefine( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
WP_DEBUG_LOG is a companion to WP_DEBUG that causes all errors to also be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory. This is useful if you want to review all notices later or need to view notices generated off-screen (e.g. during an AJAX request or wp-cron run).
Repeat the described actions and then check the debug.log file and let me know what error appears.
If this is useless please try to deactivate additional plugins except Visual Composer, K-elements, BuddyPress, Paid memberships pro and revolution slider.
After you have disabled the plugins try to see if the error persists.

July 7, 2016 at 02:41 #128345excellinsParticipantHello, i have deactivated all plugins but the error is still there. can i send you my details so you check and see the error? because i am new to WordPress. Additionally you could check the kleo demo theme, i tried also to edit a picture there using demo and demo as the user name and password for the demo theme but the same issue showed up

I see, yes there is a bug, i will add this on the bug list and will be fixed in future, i’ve tried to fix this but it require dedicated time.
