I need help switching to BuddyApp

It seems I have mixed things up as I practice wordpress configuration.  Now that I am clear of how to navigate customization, I need to clean the site up: http://speakoutclub.com/wp-admin/customize.php?theme=kleo-child&return=%2Fwp-admin%2Fthemes.php%3Factivated%3Dtrue.

I just want to be in BuddyApp and be able to customize following your documentation.   How do I delete all the menu items and have a clean BuddyApp Kleo demo data?

If you don’t mind, please leave the site with just a clean BuddyApp,  with Kleo demo data.

Also, can I create a new site within the same network Admin, and import a different theme?
