I want refund. Not even being installed.

I just bought sweet date theme from envito market and it is not even being installed either by plugin upload and theme upload. It keeps saying “Retry”.

I want refund if this cannot be installed.

Hi, as you can see you have posted your topic in a feature request forum so I am moving it to the right place.
Also the theme is installed from Apperance – Themes and it has nothing to do with plugin install.

If that still does not work then use the FTP method as you see in the documentation.
