I would like to change social icons size in the top bar

Hello,

I cant change the size of the social icons in the top bar. They are too small and I would like to make them bigger. I tried many things (changes in CSS) but I can not make it bigger. Should I change it from the fontello.css (and how) or somewhere else?

Can you also tell me where can I change the size of the avatar thumbnail image that is shown in the Kleo members grid element?
