    Hello there,

I am having trouble with a menu-icon for the Live Notifications. It simply does not show, although I have selected it in the menu structure. Oddly enough, every other icon in my navigation is displayed correctly. When I am using the Buddypress notification menu-item, the icon displays correctly – but I really want to use the Kleo Live-Notification.

I am using a child-theme, which I have deactivated to show only the original Kleo theme – but that doesn’t help. The icon is still missing. If I activate another theme (Twenty Fourteen) the menu-icon for the Live-Notifications displays correctly – so it appears to me that something is wrong with the Kleo theme.

Has anybody got an idea what could be wrong or where I could take a look at?

Sounds like there is a plugin conflict. Can you respond privately with credentials and a link to your site?

    Hello sharmstr,

thank you very much! The plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/menu-icons/ was the problem.
I deactivated it and chose the icons for the menu once again without that plugin and now they are all showing correctly.
