I am having issues with the featured grid/item section. When I add the grid and items it does not show up on the page at all as if it’s not even been addded. Then when I transfer code from another page, I am not able to add an icon because the icon scroll list is gone.
Couple of questions
1 – What versions of Kleo, K-elements and Visual Composer are you running?
2 – On the first page, do you have the row that contains the featured item grid set to “Draft” (its in row settings)

Ok. The version of Kleo needs to be updated but now I am getting this error when I try to update it.
Download failed. Forbidden
K Elements is at Version 3.0
Visual Composer is at Version 4.3.5Finally it has been updated and published and still does not show up.
I’m confused. Did Kleo update or not?
You didnt answer my question about the row being set to draft.
You need to update VC to 4.5.3

Well I can’t update Kleo because i get this error message.

Hmmm. Not sure why you are getting that. Might be your api key. You can ftp the files up to your server. https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/steps-to-update-kleo-theme

not sure if this pertains to you, but I saw this as a possible reason for the forbidden error
” it seems that you are not allowed to access the path of the plugin, this may happen because you are using and under construction plugin which block all site pages and directories”

Were you able to get Kleo updated? 3.0.4 was released a few days ago. You probably have to FTP it to your server since it fixes the Theme Forest issues.
