Hello there, why does my icons does not appear properly?

Hi,

Try to switch off all plugins and child theme then check if they are displayed as it should, if yes enable all back one by one while you check what plugin causes that

okay, i have deactive the plugins one by one as instructed. The result is still the same whereby the icons still does not appear to user who where not sign in. The icon appear whenever the user sign in. Only these plugin to affect the website
1. Buddypress – Main menu where replace with top menu
2. Essental Grid – the whole website goes white screen
3. K Elements – Only text appear on the website
4. Slider Revolution – Only text appear on the website
5. WPBakery Page Builder – Only text appear on the website

Hi,

I think i found the cause, there are missing the icons files directly.

Try to re-upload theme files over the exiting ones via FTP in wp-content/themes/kleo/ by overwrite them.
