Image instead of slidereffects

We would like to have the same style as the home-default demo with the lady in the purple shirt.
Just a big size image, not a slider effect.

At the moment, everything is there. Three words, one-by-one, but the picture had the slider effects witch is ‘ building’ up the image.
Can somebody tell me how to stop this slidereffect?

To answer your question, try going into slider settings and click on Loop Progress then turn off loop single slide

Is the image on a layer or is it the background of a slide?

The image is a slide, it has layers on it.
