Image without messages

Please see attachment , one is an email received from another social dating site, while the other is from sweetdate . The one from the other site carries the profile picture of the message sender while mine from sweetdate does not. How can i set messages either private/public ,friend requests etc set to other people’s email to carry the profile picture of the sender?
