IMPORTANT – Change Icon & place of Group Menus

Dear Madam, Dear Sir,

Excuse me to disturb you but I still have a question. You have been wonderful in answering to my previous question and there is only a couple of elements left to modify to have my website ready.
I went on child theme as advised. I would like to change the icon (among the ones already present) and position of them on the group menu. What do I need to do ? Is it possible to make a step by step explanation (where precisely can I modify it and how) because I am not very good in wordpress.
I also would like to change the icons from the profile and the different topics present on the subject I don’t understand what to do, where to change the css code and how to change it. Thank you very much for your time and for your help. Have a nice day and a nice week-end

To reposition the navigation, that is Buddypress related and you need to check out some resources like http://blog.maximusbusiness.com/2013/04/bp-profile-nav-positions-names/#change-subnav-tab
