Impossible to update the plugin ” woocommerce subscriptions “

Hi,
I bought your theme and, in spite of your last update, it is impossible to me to update the plugin ” woocommerce subscriptions “.
All other plugin raised no problem.

And also impossible to me to activate my WooThemes license by visiting the Dashboard > WooThemes Helper screen.

 Please look “screen captures” attached (in french)

My previous updates were normally made !

What happens ? What do I have to make to correct this bug ? What possible solution ?
I absolutely need the feature of this plugin.

Hello, you should try to do it manually, just downloa the new theme version and upload kleo.zip to wp-content/themes ( using ftp or file manager of your hosting) Extract it and done
About the woothemes license, that is not related to us
