Incompatibility with Thrive Architect Page builder

In the last version of the Thrive Architect Plugin and the KLEO theme there is a bug. Thrive Architect doesn’t open. The animation keeps spinning but the edit window never appears.
I already contacted Thrive themes but they said it works with other Themes but not with Kleo and I should contact you.

I prepared an environment on WPengine where you can test it out.
It has to be password protected so here are the credentials:

pass: password

Just an idea. Is KLEO maybe using an older version of jQuery that is no more compatible?

I got the changelog from Thrive Themes on their last update. Something in there must have caused the problem:

Thrive Architect Version 2.0.38 Released

Fixed an issue causing Gutter Width to be applied incorrectly on nested columns
Fixed an issue causing horizontal overflow on Landing Pages with no theme css when left / right slide animations are used

Fixed an issue causing Landing Page fonts to maintain an incorrect font-weight setting for bold texts

You may have noticed that Architect with Kleo works as long as you don’t turn on WooCommerce. Previous version of the plugin worked with latest version of Kleo. Unfortunately I don’t have a previous version of the Thrives Architect to test that and support of Thrive doesn’t offer previous versions.

Where i can get the latest version since cannot update to latest, and with this version when i edit with it it’s redirecting to http://rdu.local/kleo/wp-admin/edit.php not gives blank page or error.

Provide to me the version with the issue. Also looking on the ft for latest version in the plugins folder to can pull from there.

Not sure maybe because the plugin it’s not activated ?

That’s why i had asked directly for FTP, if you cannot offer access i see, but you can provide ftp access only to wp-content/themes/plugins/thrive plugin folder, wp-content/themes/kleo/, wp-content/themes/kleo-child/

I logged in and recorded that video and had none of your problems.
I could update Thrive Architect and it behaved like you see in the video.
What could that be?

Ah I see, you tested that on your own install.
Why?
I gave you access to my dev site where you can see the problem easily.

And Yes I can give you ftps access if you need it.
And I don’t know if you read that: It only fails WHEN WOOCOMMERCE IS TURNED ON.
So it’s a problem of KLEO > Architect 2.0.38 (39) > Woocommerce as far as I see.
And maybe WPengine as host.

How can I apply the fix to my live site?

There was a think in our woocommerce config.. when adding the cart to header somehow it fails… and that should happen only when you are not in wp admin that fixes the issue.
