Incomplete data on Buddypress forums

Hi –

1. I have a forum on my site with many users. However when I’m in ‘My profile’ tab, half the info is not visible (for any user).

E.g:

It says ‘viewing 3 friends’, but nothing shows up below. Nor is  this is a hyperlink.

Similarly, it says ‘Viewing 1 Group’ but same story.

I have selected all the options in Settings.

2. Can I make cosmetic changes to the forum (e.g image on Groups page or Activity page) using settings or plug-ins?  If so, which one?

1 – Upgrade Kleo to 4.0.1

2 – I’m not aware of any plugins that will add a cover photo to a forum that is not a group forum.

Thanks – so you’re saying that this problem will be solved with the new update (I have 3.9 now)

I’ve already downloaded the theme update. But unable update on WP – theme install failed because the source file already exists.

I went thru your documentation on updates. However, I bought the theme from Envato so what shd I put in the tab ‘Themeforest API Key’ in the Settings Menu for an automatic update?

(I want to avoid the ftp route and touching the php file).

Yes, that’s what I’m saying.

Set up an api key in your envato account (directions are on their website). Use the key you created in Theme Options > update.

Ok – I input the username and API key, but don’t see any changes (automatic updation) or prompts to update.

Thank you, Shamstr! Was able to update the theme as well as am able to see the missing data on my forums.

Can you also tell me what else has changed in this theme update?
