Initial Install – Required Plugins – Multisite

Hi,

I’m pretty well versed in WordPress, been developing on it for many years.  Putting that out there up-front.

I just bought your BuddyApp theme tonight and was working on getting it installed / setup on a multi-site environment that’s being setup for a project.  BuddyApp will be the theme used on a single sub-site in the multi-site network.

Upon installing the theme, I immediately ran into a number of issues.  The biggest and one I haven’t found a solution to yet is “Installing Required Plugins” while in the dashboard for the sub-site.  All ‘install’ links break as one cannot install plug-ins on the sub-site level.

Visual Composer I got to install and work on the network level (after a few headaches), however trying to install the pre-packaged Envato plugin, or even pulling it off the WordPress Plugin Repo, doesn’t seem to work to make the theme happy.

How Can I install/use the plugins needed in a multi-site environment?
