Inserting profile page on a specific page

Hello;  I need to send my users to a welcome page right after they sign up.  I would like to have a heading and then the profile page right below it.

Would you be able to tell me how I can insert the profile page on a specific page.  Exactly like how you already have it with activity page, where it can be placed anywhere and on any pages.
