Hi.

I’m having issues installing your Kleo theme. I prefer to do the WordPress install. I’m experienced in WordPress install and have watched the video and seems simple/standard but I keep getting timed out and get a “site can’t be reached” message. Can you assist?

Hi Laura,
Unfortunately after paying an additional $49 for the install and an additional $50 for them to set up the homepage there are bugs.

1. Files will not upload (this is regardless if I’m “multifile uploader” or the “built-in file uploader”.
2. After watching your 3 videos still cannot determine where to make changes to pages – do you have more?
3. After activating Sidekick plugin and providing product code it does not work.
4. WordPress Live Customizer cannot be found.
5. Visual Composer shows a blank screen when in use – does not work.

Here http://themeforest.net/item/kleo-next-level-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/6776630 7th Queen says that “KLEO is for beginners…” but this has not been my experience.
