Installation Issue

I am getting the following error when I try to activate either Kleo OR KLEO CHILD:

Hello, can you contact your hosting and ensure you have write capabilities in the uploads folder?

Thank you! I updated my file permissions and my hosting company made some changes too. Both of those things combined seemed to work.
