Installation Issue

I am getting the following error when I try to activate either Kleo OR KLEO CHILD:

This is a freshly installed copy WordPress. Please help me fix this as soon as possible. Thanks so much.

Hello, can you contact your hosting and ensure you have write capabilities in the uploads folder?

Thank you! I updated my file permissions and my hosting company made some changes too. Both of those things combined seemed to work.
