Im about to pay the installation service,

Before I do, how do you need my website? only with wordpress installed?

if i want it to be in Spanish, do you install the theme in that leanguage?

Can you provide some additional service to have security in the theme, like instaling something that works and dont affect the theme like i know some plugins does? if so, can you quote me that service please.
