installing BP Cover Photo appears white page in my wp

I tried many times to install BuddyPress Cover Photo, but everytimes appears the white page in my wordpress.
so I have to uninstall again from my panel.
I need to know why it happens and how should a fix it?

Hello,

Add this code on your wp-config.php from root directory.

define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );

Then repeat that action and see if you recive a notice or error, post here.

Hi again.

The same problems again with cover photo, disble to make some chage,and an them again the white screem.

I made the same step going to wp-config.php from root directory ( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true ); but true is ok i can see TRUE.

any suggestion?
