Installing Revolution Slider

Hi there. I have the site built out except for the Revolution Slider which I’m a bit stuck on. I want to place the images like those on your demo site. However, I don’t know what size that image should be and if it should have a transparent background. Also when I load in that image into a slider, it overtakes the whole area on the home page so I am obviously doing something wrong. I also am using the search form on the home page at top. I have not modified any css or php files either. If i will have guided to have slider demo installed then i could be able to change images, since i couldn’t find it’s know how from the video tutorial. Any help please regarding this revolution slider thing?

Hello, you will find the revolution slider demo file in your zip when you downloaded the theme, in revolution slider you can import it then modify it, let me know if you need more details 🙂

Hi Laura,

I am getting the following error message when trying to import slider demo

importing slider setings and data…
Error: slider_export.txt does not exist!

Could you please identify where i am doing wrong. Perhaps detailed uploading procedures will be more helpful. Attached is the file i have just imported into the slider for your reference.
