Hi,

Go to wp-admin -> theme options -> buddypress -> SET ON – > Show age instead of birthdate

It is done already as well as your are asking but still it shows Birthday Label instead of Age.

Hi,

Sorry for delayed response,

Settings from theme options it applies only for search form,

In this case i suggest you to install loco translate and then rename the birthday to age, this is the simplest way to to this.
