Integrating Sabai discuss plugin

I’ve installed and activated the sabai discuss plugin on my demo site. But it requires the users having moderating rights to approve answers from the backend.
And as of now, the backend wp-admin dashboard access is only available to the user with administrator rights.
How can I make wp-admin visible to the user having editor or author rights, so that they could themselves moderate and approve the answers posted by the website members?
