Internal server error after installing plugins

After i installed the template and was asked to also install the plugins mentioned in the print screen, i got an internal server error every time i want to go to my wp dashboard.
I am using wp 3.8.2 can it be becouse of that?

Hi, Try to talk at your hosting and increase your PHP memory limit to 128 MB recommended size
