I ran a test, clicked the verification link after registration, I received the following error:
Invalid activation key.

Those login details are not working for me (see screenshot).
I tested signing up with your site from another ticket yesterday at 10:47 AM and the whole process worked fine beginning to end – have you added any new plugins since then? Changed any settings on your site?

Please can you answer the questions from my initial reply
– Have you added any new plugins in the last 24 to 48 hours?
– Changed any WordPress / BuddyPress settings on your site?Can you let me know which account the failed activation key screenshot from above refers to.
I cannot seem to replicate your issue, I have signed up twice and both times the signup was a success from beginning to end. Please disable all caching and clear your local cache (Ctrl+F5) and try the process from start to finish again.
