    Hi!

    This person was billed, but did not pay as the account abandoned the shopping cart. However on the payment page, it was written that $5 was invoiced. How do we remove this since he did not pay?

    Hello, the invoice is created but not paid, but it saves it so you can see it or the client can pay later. Its just informative and your client should not have any access until its paid.
