Is discounted theme price not applicable to the exisiting cutomers?

Hi,

Sometimes the existing customers of Kleo might want to buy new licenses. I see that whenever you are announcing discount prices for Kleo that is available only to the new customers.  Can’t you think that existing customers aslo eligible to get that discount? Here themeforest is the decision maker or theme creators?

It’s just an off topic question since I have noticed it last time (few months back) when you have launched offer price for Kleo.

Thanks for contacting us about promotional pricing for our themes via ThemeForest. When we have a promotional price on any of our themes it is for both new and existing customers, currently KLEO is $49.00 USD. If KLEO was to go on sale for $29.99 it would be that price for both new customers or existing customers.

Hope you are doing good.

Last time when you have announced discounted price I have noticed it. Before logging in it was $29 after logging in it became $49 or 59 (forgot the exact price). I don’t know how it happened since I have seen it I informed you.
