Is there a way to hide the post author?

I would like to hide or change specific post authors to “anonymous” or hide their name for only specific posts NOT ALL POSTS.

I see there is a way to “Hide Post Meta” under theme post settings but this does not remove the meta from the “pinterest” style boxes.

Is there a way to remove the post author for only specific posts where they want to stay anonymous?
