Issue on Post options

I am having issues with the options available on the post edit page. None of the options are responding or making any difference in the post like Hide Post meta and Hide Title. Please see the image to know which options I am talking about.

I have just tried that and found out that its the BadgeOS plugin. I am not able to find a way to fix this bug though! And it is kind of an important feature in the website as well to deactivate..What do i do!!? 🙁
