Issue with footer spacing

I am having trouble with the them, as you can see below there is a space just on top of the footer that i do not understand how to remove. I would appropriate if you can help.

ya.ah..Thanks so much Please assist me with with an advise
1. How do i Upload bulk data to user profile field.(that has a drop down list of about 2000) to select from. i have searched but i didn’t find. All that is there allow me to load in one after the other. Find attached

And also if you need to edit the footer it is too big what should i do? Where can i edit it?
