Issue with Kleo and Cover Photos Plugin

Good Afternoon,

My name is Brian Noel and I am currently using your Kleo theme on my website http://intranet.templeofthetripleflame.org.  I recently updated to version 3.1 and for some reason the groups cover photos that were on the site are no longer working.  When I go into groups, click manage, and then click cover photo, nothing shows up to change the image.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin as well as deleted the cache to no avail.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have just updated the plugin version to 1.3 and that still does not appear to have rectified the issue.

I just updated to the latest version of the Kleo template which came out today. Everything appears to be working fine now.
