issue with [kleo_total_members]

I wanted to use the   [kleo_total_members] shortcode in the code below but it doesn’t seem to work.

Helo, you need to echo the shortcode if you are using it in a php code https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/do_shortcode/
